Tofu Salad: Steamed bean curd with shreds of cabbage, carrots,
fried onions and coriander. Tossed with a seasoning of sesame
seeds, lemon, and peanuts.
Mushroom Tofu: Assorted green vegetables, mushrooms, and tofu
sauteed in garlic, onion, and soya sauce.
Kauswe Thoke: Noodles
tossed with ground shrimp, onion, cilantro, hot pepper, garlic,
and fresh lemon juice.
Beef Curry: Marinated beef cooked with onion, garlic, ginger,
and spices.
Chicken Sauteed Kebab: Marinated chicken, sauteed with green
pepper, onions, tomatoes, and spices.
And of course, steamed rice!
